DON’T buy it from Air & Water !!!

Positive Unit is small and can be mounted so it can swivel.

Cons: Quality is questionable. Being that the fan won’t run, I don’t really know yet.

Bought this unit for my garage from Air & Water, Inc…..big mistake.

Unit came pkg’d well and I paid to have it installed.

Went to test it and it got hot, but the fan wouldn’t run.

There are instructions with the unit that states fan may not run as it is controlled by a thermostat.

Turns out fan blades were jammed against one side of the fan shroud.

Contacted Air & Water on line and you have to fill out a “return form” AFTER which it states that it may take 2 weeks to hear back …..2 WEEKS???? !!!

I called also and that’s what they said.

I have yet to hear anything from Air & Water.

Unit seems ok, but quality workmanship isn’t Dayton’s best forte.

Just don’t buy it from Air & Water.

My rating is low because the unit didn’t work when delivered and for Air & Water’s poor customer service.
