Good heater - but may not work for extremely sensitive individuals, like me.

Positive Good heater. Well made. Uses water. An alternative to oil technology.
Cons: Probably paint, plastic wiring, odorless but toxic for people like myself, when new. Chinese made.

I am particularly chemical vapor sensitive, so I had to return this, but I found that it heated well, and was extremely quiet.

I could not really smell an offensive odors, but something relatively odorless (perhaps in the paint and/or the plastic wiring in the well-vented front) that caused me to get a dull, subtle headache that lasted quite a few hours. In all fairness, I must say I have this problem with almost all new heaters these days. At least this unit did not seem to be soaked in fire-retardant, which is much more toxic to me.

Over time, whatever is bothering me might gas off, but I returned it, hoping to find a better solution.

The heater is quiet and well-made. There is a tilt shut off in any direction. It cycles a lot so you have to put the thermostat all the way up if you really want it to heat.
