Had this for one winter season and it worked like a champ, several hours a day, everyday. Used in a smallish den/computer room area. Plugged it in this year and it is DOA. Efforts to contact the Lakewood Company via email results in ODBC Drivers error message. I have used the same oil-filled DeLonghi model (EW6507L)for several years at work and at home, no problems. Looks like I’ll be buying another DeLonghi with no thanks to Lakewood and a non-existent warranty.
